**About the role**:
We are actively seeking a UX engineer to join the team and play a crucial role in a project. You must possess extensive expertise in developing intuitive and seamless user experiences. They must also possess a strong portfolio of design work, show proficiency in contemporary front-end technologies, and possess skills in user-centered design principles, analytical problem-solving, user research, and design guidelines.
**Essential Job Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products and interfaces.
- Lead the design efforts for new experiences and continually improve and optimize existing experiences to ensure alignment with user expectations and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Satisfaction, in an agile environment to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Provide effective design leadership and mentorship to ensure the quality, consistency, and usability of our products.
- Expertly articulate and communicate design options and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, and proactively share knowledge and best practices with the team.
**Requirements**:
- +6 years of experience progressively responsible experience working in a User Experience (UX) capacity, designing interactive websites.
- Proficiency in standard UX software, such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and other similar tools, is mandatory. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Strong Knowledge of technologies used to create modern digital experiences, as well as familiarity with the fundamentals of front-end/mobile development, accessibility, and usability is crucial.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to deliver high-quality user experiences and interface solutions is a necessary aspect of the role.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a culture of design excellence within the organization.
- Good communication skills in English (B2+ min).
