**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**

Lead of all UX related topics in Costa Rica including managing the admin & operational work, motivating team, solving problems and so on.
You contribute to the success of the Global Business Services division for Bosch by shaping services & solutions which exceed our customers' needs and expectations.
**General Job Responsibilities**
- You are a proven expert in user experience & user interface design for digital touchpoints
- You collaborate with product owners & development teams of digital touchpoints and help shaping the Bosch Global Business Service for user experience of the future
- Producing and sharing research insights that result in impact are also part of the job.
Therefore, you communicate, advocate for and socialize actionable insights in a clear and compelling way
- You also create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate user experience and design ideas

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in visual design, UX design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience as an interaction designer or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of the product cycle and product design principles.
- Proficiency in interaction design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, InVision Studio, and Axure.
- Solid knowledge of graphic design, including sketching, color theory, use of texture, and visual presentation.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and work within a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency C1 (90%)
