You will define and design user-interfaces and workflows to enhance our overall customer experience. Some other responsibilities include gathering user requirements, benchmarking, user-testing, developing the concept designs including story boards, process flows and wireframes, create clickable prototypes, and supporting cross-functional teams with your design implementation.As a Senior Specialist, you will leverage your end-to-end UX skills to conceptualize and execute product designs that shape the future of Western Union for many years to come. You will be working with a small team of UX designers that are passionate about what their work and the impact it has on our customers. In addition, you will jump into new projects with ease.For this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, together with 5 to 7 years of related experience, and the ability to develop and manage the corporate design and online branding standards. You will also have experience leading client teams from business development presentations to developing digital design solutions and previous management experience with a clear and empowering management style. You will be familiar with web technologies (e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, video compression, among others) and be extremely organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
