Payroll Specialist's main responsibilities: -Performs computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare payroll information for data input, adjust data output, and process exception items or those requiring special handling. -Responds to inquiries from employees regarding salary, taxes, deductions, and changes in compensation. -Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll records. **Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration or related fields.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Payroll or other HR processes' execution and/or support.
- Basic-intermediate knowledge in HR general processes and policies.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
