Us Ocean Operation Dds Payables Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receives and processes vendor invoices related to DDS, including SOA reviews
- Follows up for DDS related invoices as outlined in the SOP
- Maintains DDS related charges within ICC System and CW1 System
- Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers
- Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required
- May be required to perform other tasks as required

**Skills / Requirements**
- 1+ years' experience with in freight forwarding industry required
- Experience using the CargoWise system is a strong preference
- Need to be able to work, communicate, and resolve problems with Vendors and Colleagues
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required, some customer service experience desirable
- Self-driven personality with independent working capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English, mainly in written format
