**Role Description**
A Hakkoda UI/UX Visual Designer works closely with our directors and global stakeholders to create high-quality complex designs for a diverse array of platforms; including web, native apps and more, bringing them to life through high-fidelity prototypes and motion.
This is a great opportunity for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team environment.
**Requirements**:
- Strong background in visual design with an understanding of graphic design communication skills, like colour, typography and layout.
- Excellent knowledge of design software including: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of 3D software packages like: After Effects, Blender, Keyshot, Cinema 4D & Unreal is not essential but would be useful.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g.
responsiveness).
- Willingness to learn new software, design tools and trends and have an eye on emerging tech.
- Understand the relationship between brand, motion and experience design.
- Define and detail design directions for a broad range of brands and platforms.
- Produce beautifully crafted design concepts and prototypes that visually excite and enhance users' needs.
- Be familiar with design systems, style guide definition and documentation.
- Liaise with developers to optimize designs for implementation.
- Ability to deliver immersive experiences for both web and mobile.
- Able to work quickly and to a high standard whilst dealing with deadlines.
