This position is a fungible role that is expected to follow a learning path across the different areas of expertise managed by the Payroll Specialists team.
Over time the person selected for the position will be certified in a variety of processes which will allow them to gather a holistic view of the overall operations and be able to support several tasks.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be an active advanced student at a university level or must possess a university degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Shared Service Center operations
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Intermediate-high knowledge in Workday payroll processes' execution and/or support.
- Basic-intermediate knowledge in HR general processes and policies.

**Working Model**
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
**In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
