Trilingual Quality Control Agent For Sales &

The QC agent is effectively responsible for executing Quality procedures for EMS functions and overseeing all day-to-day efforts of auditing cases, documenting errors found, providing feedback to agents, creating/following up coaching procedures, and analyzing findings and Quality gaps that need to be addressed to improve the customer experience and reduction of errors and rework for these functions.
**What you'll do**:

- Execute quality control procedures (audits) for supported programs in the EMS framework and guidelines.
- Analyze Quality data to find gaps and critical issues that need to be addressed ASAP
- Provide feedback regularly to supported agents
- Keep up-to-date SOPs and execute Q initiatives for supported programs
- Maintain an assertive communication; keep day-to-day effective contact with agents, Team Leads, and Supervisors for Quality purposes

**What experience you need**:

- 1+ year experience in Quality in Shared Services Center environment
- Spoken and written Trilingual French;
- English - Spanish - B2 or C1 level, Spoken and written
