You will address regular and escalated customer service inquiries, complaints and problems via inbound calls and evaluate policies and procedures and provide insights into potential innovations and efficiencies.
Also, you will assess needs and promote alternative products or services.
**What you'll do**:
- Provide support and education regarding credit information, file interpretations, and products.
- Answer and solve problems and requests based on the consumer scenario, doing an analysis of the details provided, to offer optimal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with the company's procedures and policies.
- Work in a team environment and customer-centric culture.
**What experience you need**:
- Minimum B2 English and French level
- Minimum 9th Grade High School Diploma
- 6-month experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
**What could set you apart**:
- Experience in sales
- Experience in Contact Centers and/or Customer Service
- Experience in the industry or experience with similar roles
