Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this Role:Job summary:Job Duties (include but are not limited to):- Recruitment, supervision, and development of individual competencies that maximizes performance through goal setting by management.- Responsible for operational goals including production of daily orthodontic/dental digital treatments with removable and/or fixed appliances.- Work cross-functionally with multiple functions including Manufacturing, R&D, Customer Care, and Sales teams.- Communication with the customer (dentists, orthodontists) and Sales Team is required.- Responsible for ensuring team metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise.- Provides oversight to ensure assigned team (queues, tickets, etc.) are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets.- Ensures operational processes are followed (i.e. LMS, Sprint/Agile, etc.) (Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction)- Staff, motivate and develop team.- Facilitates team meetings, conducts performance appraisals by regular one to one feedback- Recognize and reward team member performance.- Assist in special projects as directed by management.- Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries- Execute any other tasks assigned by Ops ManagerBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in the digital treatment design industry with dental and orthodontic terminology.- 3 - 5 years' proven experience leading teams, strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to drive change acceptance within the business organization.- Experience in a medical device environment.- Ability to manage across global boundaries to drive alignment to common processes & performance targets.- Fluent in English is a must. C1- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes.- Open to flexible schedules (Tuesday to Saturday)- Microsoft Office 365 experience (word, power point, excel)- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to create or handle dashboards and reports.- Analytical skills and experience in driving quality improvement and performance metricsWork location:- Hybrid EligibleMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
