**Main Purpose of Job**:
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible ofall aspects of the Treasuryand Account Payables activities. This position will be responsible for the daily cash management function including register vendor invoices and the payment processing, reporting, cash forecasting, and trade & debt transactions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support cash forecasting process.
- Evaluate new banking products and services
- Request the weekly cash founding to Corporate.
- Monthly reconciliation of the Intercompany AP/AR according to the Corporate guidelines.
- Perform daily cash management functions - determination of cash position, fund transfers, analysis of expenditure needs and available funds for investment.
- Review and attend all invoices & statements provided by all vendors.
- Match receiving transaction and purchase orders for all invoices.
- Reconcile account payable aging for month end closure purposes.
- Initiate & elaborate templates for wire payments using online banking platforms.
- Register bank transfers & deposits (ICO, Cash funding, Wires & CIA refunds).
- Handle the backup & storage of all documentation related to payments.
- Act as the liaison between the value stream team, management and other internal customers.
- Develop and deploy performance/reporting improvement ideas & tools that support Finance company wide
Knowledge / Education
- Bachelor degree in Public Accounting or Business related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish - Intermediate English level.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge in applicable safety regulations.
- Intermediate knowledge in people management.
- Strong grasp of GAAP accounting and general accounting concepts.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable Free Tax Zone regulations.
Work Experience
- +3 solid years of Treasury.
- +2 experience in AP process.
