This Treasury Analyst role serves as a cornerstone in our Global Treasury Operations team with a focus on the Americas and international responsibilities.
The person will develop a clear understanding of the cash pooling structures Intel has and use those routes to move cash around the globe effectively. The analyst's goal is to set a clear picture of our cash flow by evaluating, analyzing, and fulfilling the funding needs to support the operations in the region while maximizing cash returns.
- Cash Flow, Forecasting and Liquidity Management:
- Accountable for calculating and forecasting cash flow for Americas-based entities, guiding informed risk-reward trade-offs in investments, and filling funding gaps.
- Ensures effective liquidity management, both short-term and long-term, by analyzing current needs, inflows, and outflows.
- Investment and Financial Analysis:
- Plays a vital role within the investment group, utilizing specialized expertise in money markets, credit analysis, financial derivatives, and banking systems.
- Conducts short-term cash positioning, leads meetings with global senior leaders and investment managers, and influences investment choices, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.
- Transactional Oversight and Financial Market Proficiency:
- Manages cash collateral exchanges, executes trades, and collaborates with financial counterparts and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Gains a deep understanding of Intel's asset portfolio and global financial markets, including complex instruments like interest rate swaps and foreign exchange.
- Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management:
- Maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banking service providers.
- Engages in cross-functional collaboration with global departments such as India Operations, Corp Planning, Legal, Tax, and Accounting for strategic alignment and efficiency.
- Global Financial Initiatives:
- Actively involved in executing global liquidity plans and participating in international finance projects, including repatriation strategies and new entity creation.
- Structured Finance, Capital Markets and Data Analytics:
- Involved in structured finance deals, builds business acumen with Capital Markets and Investment Teams, and employs advanced data analytics tools for improved global financial decision-making.
- Data-driven recommendations and Management Oversight:
- Routinely updates and analyzes various dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
- Makes well-informed recommendations and strategic decisions based on this rigorous analysis and management oversight.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, economics.
- 3+ years in robust financial analysis capabilities and understanding of the financial markets.
- 3+ years of Finance practical experience.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- CFA or MBA in Finance
- Experience with Treasury tools (Quantum, S4 HANA, Bloomberg).
- Skills of the future like Power BI, Knime and UIPath
- 2+ years of cash management or treasury experience.
