**Job Description**:

The EEM & Governance Analyst will be responsible to work together with BPO team for the delivery and execution governance of all Employee Expense Management processes for Americas to ensure credit cards and employee are timely paid and issues are corrected on time.
Governance responsibility over BPO is a key objective of this position, maintaining service levels, accuracy, and compliance.
The EEM & Governance analyst is responsible to support and implement best practices according to industry standards and in line with company needs; taking into consideration accounting standards, internal controls, global policies and leverages technological platforms to bring effectiveness and efficiencies to the operation.
Operational delivery through the engagement of both internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
**Primary responsibilities**:

- Review T&E processes performed by BPO across all America's markets recording them into the ERP System ensuring compliance with all quality, policies, and Internal control requirements
- Resolve employee expense management inquiries, and work on account reconciliation.
- Reconcile GL Accounts
- Assist in communications with internal business customers.
- Collaborate with various organizations to resolve process and/or technical issues across multiple ERP systems
- Collaborate with various personnel to resolve reconciliation issues within system and/or vendor relationships
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture.
**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent or currently studying
- Business Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English languages.
**Experience and Skills Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Intermediate to advance PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Learning at fast pace.
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle and account reconciliation
- Knowledge in SAP & Concur
- Knowledge managing bank platforms - Citibank is a plus.
