**Key responsibilities include**:

- Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems.
- Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
- Perform stakeholder analysis, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members and manage in line with stakeholder engagement plan.
- Lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones including identification of people resource requirements, training, and skills development needs.
- Manage the project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions.
- Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.
- Support and manage the necessary communication activities related to projects and changes.
- Work with the relevant business area in helping to identify other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area.
- Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems
- Identification of potential risks for resistance and benefit realization, evaluation and ensuring readiness for change as well as development of plans to address.
- Support building out of the project management and change management capabilities across JLL in order to enable more streamlined and effective project & change management across JLL.

**Experience**
- Professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda
- Proven experience in major project or change management roles with direct experience from concept to delivery
- Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential
- Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet
- Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere
- Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential
- Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish
- Familiarity delivering projects of work across a global organization
- Some experience in transitioning roles and processes to offshore locations desirable
- Certification in project or program management, Lean Six Sigma, or related is preferred
