**Responsibilities**:
- Creation of monthly reports that cover the Technical Book of Work and Citi Benefits
- Synthesize and summarize Transformation project documents and deliverables
- Tracking and updating Transformation activities Citi-wide as they relate to potential benefits
- Understand in-depth how work is coordinated across areas and how it impacts the overall organization and bank strategies to support benefit identification
- Follow up on benefit action items directly with designated point of contacts across the bank
- Assist in the standardization of processes including the identification, articulation, and validation of benefits and outcomes
- Support the review and tracking of outcomes of transformation efforts, having a deep understanding of benefits associated with outcomes, and fully understanding how to quantify respected benefits through Metrics or Financial benefits
- Provide transparency and understanding of transformation cost and related benefits to the firm through creation of dashboards and reports
- Status reporting on ongoing parallel work efforts and deliverables
- Support improvement programs from different perspectives (Reengineering, VOE etc.)
- Prepare presentations and analysis for the team and in support of the CFO
- Provide recommendations & supporting documentation for new or proposed processes, business rules & policy
- Collaborate with Risk & Control to ensure FP&A CR complies with local and global policies to mitigate all kinds of risks derivate from our business nature.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Finance background preferred
- Excellent project management skills focusing on organization/planning and stakeholder relationship management
- Knowledge of Project frameworks and planning with understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Bilingual: English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Medium - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. VBA, Power BI, Confluence, Jira and Tableau knowledge is a plus
- Ability to synthesize and summarize project documents and deliverable
- Project Management Certifications preferred
**Education**
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is desired
