This analyst will support managers of Global Transfer Pricing and Special Projects (TPSP) group under Global Tax.
TPSP sets up all the pricing policies for intercompany transactions cross all the Intel's >200 legal entities in >50 countries Intel operates through benchmarking, regulation research, functional and risk analyses.
TPSP also provides various types of valuation for IP, legal entity transfers, assembled work force transfers, and is instrumental to Merge & Acquisition integration, divestitures, and many key Global Projects.
**Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to below**:
- Performing industrial, financial, economic, functional and risk analysis to set up Transfer Pricing (TP) policies for intercompany transactions among Intel's legal entities, and to validate the existing policies
- Developing and completing comprehensive documentation for intercompany transactions to meet compliance standards in all relevant jurisdictions
- Researching existing and proposed transfer pricing laws and analyzing the impact to the intercompany transactions
- Implementing TP policy and contracts by partnering with relevant business partners including SSC, ops finance, and other TPSP members
- Generating BOBJ and other financial reports, and analyzing data for strategic and compliance projects including APA, entity valuation, IP valuation, etc.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field OR active student of MBA.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or transfer pricing.
- Advanced English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Good acumen of Intel's business and operations
- Prior knowledge or experience in transfer pricing and tax
- CPA, CFA or other professional certification
- Experience in Big 4 or other accounting firms
