**The Transfer Agent (TA)** is responsible for responding incoming consumer phone calls and/or performing outbound calling to stablish consumer account ownership **_- Right Party Contacts (RPCs) - _**and then transferring those consumers to an Account Manager.
The job function is highly regulated internally and externally, therefore, pointed by pre-established scripts and procedures requiring adherence.
