**The Transfer Agent (TA)** is responsible for responding incoming consumer phone calls and/or performing outbound calling to stablish consumer account ownership **_- Right Party Contacts (RPCs) - _**and then transferring those consumers to an Account Manager. The job function is highly regulated internally and externally, therefore, pointed by pre-established scripts and procedures requiring adherence.**:

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- ** High School Diploma (Bachillerato en Educacion Media).**:
- ** English B1.**:

- ** Problem solving, time management, organizational & customer service skills.**:
- ** Preferred: +1 year of experience in call centers.**:
