Overview:
Are you a driven and detail-oriented buyer who is passionate about using technology to streamline procurement processes? We at YNV Group, seek to hire a driven and detail-oriented Buyer(s) to be responsible for supporting the business with the products/services buying through the Dynamics365 (DNM) system. You will work with across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand through the creation of the right steps in the DNM system.

**Responsibilities**:
**System Management**
- Create system items and assign them to categories.
- Keep control and updates of the categories and correct items allocation.
- Maintain and update the suppliers' catalogues and contracts.
**Procurement**
- Process requisitions and update business users on status of orders.
- Review, compare, analyze, and approve items on the products and services to be purchased.
- Prepare plans on how to better purchase in the system of equipment, services, and supplies tracking and selection.
- Research and evaluate suppliers' data and items prices dynamics.
- Preparing and extracting spending by suppliers/categories, POs cost analyses, and other relevant to the Procurement activities reports.
**Inventory Management**
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and helping users to select the correct supplier information such as type of agreement, catalogue, delivery times, product, etc.
**Compliance**
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience as a procurement buyer or in similar position within system procurement operational roles.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, Spanish will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in purchasing software, such as Dynamics365.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, suppliers, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and analyze procurement opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
