The role is targeted preparing both GBS and the retained organization in terms of training needs and delivery of required training. The Training Specialist will be developing role-specific Learning Needs Analysis, training curriculum, training scheduling and supporting documentation to show training status. This often involves managing these activities across a series of waves across multiple divisions and functions.

The Training Specialist is an important role for ensuring the GBS organization stands up smoothly with mínimal impact to the business and promoting a positive, sustained culture in line with the vision of GBS leadership. This position will play a key role in ensuring onboarding, system, process and soft skills trainings are delivered to colleagues to enable successful transition and expansion of services to GBS shared service centers accordingly.

The scope of the role is that of both transitioning new activities/processes into GBS and ongoing training of colleagues within our GBS centers. This includes functional and role-specific learning needs analysis, training curriculum, training scheduling and delivery, across multiple sites, functions and projects/programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing training schedules and running the overall schedule ensuring all training content and trainings are delivered as planned by the content owners and trainers.
- Ensuring clear documentation of learning needs, training curriculum, training schedule and training status at the individual, team and overall status.
- Following up with trainees to ensure training schedule/plans remain on track and the curriculum reflects current status.
- Identifying and co-ordinating existing training resources that can be used in learning needs analysis and training delivery.
- Leading training satisfaction and post-training assessment surveys by working with SMEs to define surveys questions and handling the execution, reporting and follow-up of results.
- Support training content creation where required.
- Ideally support some training delivery.
- Whilst the primary focus of this role is training where activities are transitioning to the GBS shared service centres, there is involvement in supporting training activities for shared service centre operations improvement or implementation projects and others similar types of projects requiring training support.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal style of communication
- Experience in delivering learning needs analysis and training programs
- A passion for learning and development
- Ability to work with high degree of accuracy and attention detail to develop precise and clear documentation
- Ability to work to project timelines with ownership of responsible activities
- Fluency of the English language (verbal and written), other languages a plus
- Training delivery experience a plus
- GBS or shared services experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in building collaborative partner relationships with a wide range of internal customers
- Ability to operate independently and capable of balancing multiple projects and timescales simultaneously
- Ability to deal with confidential information
