**Your Career**
The Professional Services (PS) Training Program Manager is an integral part of our mission within our Professional Services Operations team.
As the PS Training PM, you manage and implement specialized technical training programs to enhance the capabilities of the employees through new employee onboarding training and continued skills training.
These training programs may be implemented through in-person classes, educational materials, e-learnings, or virtual live classes.
By managing these training programs, you also evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make adjustments as needed.
The team's overall goal is to boost organizational productivity by creating more knowledgeable and capable employees.
**Your Impact**
- You continuously review existing training programs and understand the broader company training portfolio - suggest and manage enhancements to the PS programs based on employee feedback and business needs/skills gaps by working with SMEs on content creation
- Utilize our learning management system (FlexLearn) to create new paths and incorporate content from our stakeholders - Assign teams or individuals to paths as needed to track attendance and completion - Leverage FlexLearn, Panopto and The Loop (our intranet) to organize training events and make content available globally
- Manage new hire onboarding via the Professional Services Academy program, which is a rigorous 4 week technical training program for our new PS consultants
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Enablement Organization, TAC Organization, PS Architects, Partner Training Programs, and Delivery Teams by running a monthly PS Training Council
- Identify training gaps (technical and non-technical) via skill assessments or conducting surveys and work with key stakeholders to develop new training programs to meet those gaps
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to track training related metrics and initiatives
- Research Learning Industry trends, methodologies and best practices to bring new learning approaches to PS Training
**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- A demonstrated passion for learning and developing employees at all levels supporting a Services/Support organization
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- 5+ years experience in Professional Development, training or education is strongly preferred
- 5+ years experience in Program Management Experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Solid organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, internal customers, and other departments
- Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations
- Experience with Google's G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus
- PMP certification is preferred
