Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Instructional design, Adult education, Distance learning, etc.)
- 5+ years' experience with current learning technologies in a large corporate environment - 6+ years of experience in program or project management that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives - Experience designing training programs from the ground-up - Advanced experience with learning content creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline 360)
Job summary - Partner with GPS Operations and program leaders to align the learning programs with the desired business outcomes.
- Define and iterate on GPS Operations learning Strategy that supports outcomes that align with GPS Operations goals.
- Build relationships and partner with key stakeholders to align on learning objectives.
- Partner with SMEs to design, create, implement and evaluate training.
- Analyze performance data to determine performance and learning objectives that deliver expected business results from new hires and tenured employees.
- Report out to key stakeholders on the achievement of key milestones - Work backwards from customer needs to design and develop bar-raising learning content in a variety of modalities.
- Build self-directed and virtual classroom training content, performance assessments, within a larger training curriculum.
- Optimize the use of learning technologies that help us scale.
Develop and maintain learning programs with multiple content elements and communication channels.
- L&D industry certification such as CPLP, CPT, etc.
- Master's Degree in related field
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop blended learning solutions that produce measurable business results
- Advanced experience in learning technologies for blended, and virtual learning
