**Overview**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
- Collaborate with the Global Talent organization to define the competency needs of each job role and assess the gaps in the organization. (10%)
- Co-design learning and development programs that effectively create new capabilities in our colleagues (15%)
- Curate and co-create content for the L&D programs. Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants (35%)
- Coordinate the delivery of these programs, measure the success and impact and provide visibility to the business stakeholders (25%)

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
**Education & Certifications**:
- Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Computer Science or Similar Field of Study preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with Computer Science or Similar field of study required.
- **Other Education / Certifications: Learning Theory, Psychology and other Education related studies.**
**Technical certifications on Cloud, Security, IoT & Analytics**
