**Responsibilities**
- Help develop an optimized and continuous learning and development plan for all Latin America Customer Care team members
- Conduct personnel certifications and calibrations to ensure process and technical knowledge of the team members are correct and current
- Independently audit sales orders and quotes for accuracy and compliance using business systems
- Systematically collect, identify, and address quality, process, systems and training gaps
- Assist in resolving identified issues by providing possible corrective and preventive action plans
- Provide training and proper communication to teams involved in the implementation of standard procedures, best practices, and changes made to the processes and systems
- Collect and save pertinent documentation to ensure compliance with Emerson record retention and documentation procedures
- Ensure compliance with import/export, contract and government requirements.
Screen quotes and orders for compliance with the Emerson Terms and Conditions, Agreements and standards
- Act as back up in entering and managing orders and or processing quotes depending on the business needs
- Understand basic Emerson differentiation strategy, the fundamentals of Perfect Execution, Lean, and Agile Perform other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, International Commerce, Engineering or significant relevant experience
- Experience: At least 1 Year of experience within the Quote to Cash Process required, training and process improvement experience preferred
- Oracle CRM, Oracle e-Business OM, PA and PO Module knowledge preferred
- Minimum of B1 level required, B2 (Upper Intermediate) and higher preferred to be able to communicate well with global teams
- Experience as a member of a fast paced, customer-centric company where there was a spirit of teamwork between peers, a direct sales force and representative selling organizations, preferred.
