Job Summary:
We're looking to expand our existing training team by incorporating a new experienced trainer into our Center of Excellence!
The trainer will be responsible for creating, coordinating and delivering training to new hires & existing employees, as well as partnering with the current trainers for methodology standardization and continuous improvement
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate new hire training programs and support all on-going training initiatives for the multiple client processes
- Develop and implement learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices.
- Streamline, consolidate and standardize learning and development processes where possible.
- Track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual performances
- Work actively with client and management team to ensure effective implementation and communication of all training strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a knowledge base with all training material
- Create and deliver a positive, fun, rewarding and respectful classroom training environment

**Technical Competencies**
**Academic**
- Advanced student in Human Resources, business administration or related field
**Experience**
- 3+ year experience in Training and/or Learning Development roles in corporate environments.
- English -Spanish Language (Oral and writing 90 % or higher)
- Knowledge of human resources processes and HR systems (i.e.
Workday) is a plus
- Experience on Case Management Systems (i.e.
ServiceNow)
- Experience in Instructional Design and industry standard training models
- Effective facilitation and classroom management skills with the ability to present information using a variety of techniques
- Intermediate Office Knowledge (Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel)
- LMS, eLearning Content Creation, Microlearning Knowledge is a plus
