**FUNCTION**: GBS Finance
**LOCATION**:Heredia,** **Costa Rica
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of GBS Finance. The role is responsible for providing support and guidance to the contact center that provides service for Reynolds retailers and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.

**Geographic Scope**:USA
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Act as a key support for the team (Analysts, Team Leads & Mangers)
- Provide support and guidance with doubts/questions to all senior and junior analysts related with BAU processes.
- Review and approve TLD's related with all operation processes (Process documentation).
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Continuous Improvement attitude.
- Precise analysis of contracted accounts.
- Assist TMR's with inquiries related to the contracted retailers.
- Align with the process critical metrics.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
- Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**

- Do you have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs?
- Are you detail - oriented?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- C1 English Level.
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Experience working under pressure.
- At least 2 years of experience or related.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
