**Description**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic intern to take on the exciting challenge of developing a project focused on our Total Rewards iniciatives.
This unique opportunity offers hand-on experience in understanding and contributing to the integration of various Total Rewards & Compensation processes to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements**:
In this internship, you'll need

Typically:

- Advance college student of Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Schedule availability to allocate +24 hrs a week on internship project
