**Work Focus**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Regional lead for the delivery and implementation of Annual Rewards Cycle (base pay review, Annual Incentive, Long-Term Incentive) including testing, validation of data, eligibility management, reporting, training and communications to the HR community, coordinating with payroll team for pay-out process
- Overseeing salary recommendations and off-cycle reward recommendations, tracking the off-cycle budget across the region
- Stakeholder management of key seniors partners in the region
- Partnering with the Total Reward team to to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are implemented and communicated with excellence and in a manner that delivers a great associate experience
- Coaches, educates and provides guidance to the team as well as to HR teams and managers in the region in the interpretation of compensation and benefits -related policies
- Leads the team in benefit plans administration across Latin America including but not limited to ensuring plan enrollments, vendor management and payments, annual reviews, regulatory changes, plan communications and payroll inputs are applied as per policy
- Monitors vendor performance and interacts with key vendors on a regular basis
- Co-leads with the Total Rewards Managers the change efforts and stakeholder management efforts associated with new and changed programs, particularly to ensure any operational aspects are taken into account
- Acts as the escalation point for any operational C&B cases & queries, redirect cases and follow SLA completion.
Collaborates with colleagues in People Services both in the region and globally in resolving process, cases issues and handoffs
- Process owner for involuntary separations in the region
- Ensures team delivers the required pre-payroll inputs on time and with accuracy
- Build the compensation and benefits capability of both the immediate team and wider team in People Services in the region
**Basic Requirement**
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits with specific experience working in a multinational company and in a service center environment
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Stakeholder management
- Great exposure and hands
- on experience with any HR Information System Platform.
- Fluent English skills (both written and spoken) required.
- Experience in HR shared services
