**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Provide support for North America Regional (NAMR) Finance operations as Manager of a newly developed and growing Shared Services team.
This position is an integral part of the finance team and functions as a shared service under the guidance of NA Finance Management.
The focus of this role will be primarily in the management and direction of our Time Management Services initiative

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

The Finance Manager will assist management in ramping up our shared service model in Costa Rica to continue adding new services to the center.
The individual in this role will work with management in evaluating new opportunities for innovation and will manage projects that take advantage of economies of scale, digital production and big data analytics, thereby efficiently and effectively adding to the Shared Service model.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
- B.A./B.S.
degree in accounting / finance with 7-10 years of business experience required, MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of experience supervising others with a proven ability of assisting others to develop and grow professionally
- Strong project management experience and skillset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
- Advanced knowledge and experience with digital tools such as Tableau and/or Alteryx preferred
- Ability to work varied hours to complete projects and tasks according to deadlines
