Role OverviewThe Third-Party Compliance Specialist is responsible for administering the end-to-end third party compliance controls that apply globally to higher risk third parties, including distributors, agents, vendors, or service providers.
This includes processing requests for new third parties, gathering and reviewing information as part of our due diligence process, identifying potential red flags, coordinating annual compliance certifications, and managing third-party records in a database.
The role will also communicate with the market-based employees who requested the third party.Also, the Specialist will be responsible for drafting and generating the Territory Sales Agreements (TSAs), amendments, and renewals based on the approved global templates, following the globally approved procedure; then coordinate the signing process and storage of signed contracts on Securimate.
This role will also communicate and liaise with Legal Team for coordination and validation on drafting any amendments to the approved global terms.What will you be doing?Coordinate and assist with the completion of all high-risk compliance controls for third parties, including processing requests for new third parties, gathering and reviewing information as part of our due diligence process, identifying potential red flags.
Identify and escalate potential red flags for resolutions to the local market contacts.
Draft the contract for the third party using the globally approved templates, if a third party is approved for use, collect the signature for the required parties and store the documentation on the Compliance Date Base (Securimate).
Enter and maintain third-party data in a database, including uploading supporting documentation.Develop a good relationship with the Regional Compliance Officers and Relationship Managers/Supplier Managers in the local markets, including informing them of any required compliance controls, based on defined process steps.
Also, develop a close relationship with Legal for validation of legal terms and wording in contracts as well as any potential amendment for the agreement.Follow a schedule for required ongoing third-party management activities, such as issuing and ensuring completion of annual compliance certification, contract renewals, etc.

Requirements:Education: University Degree (Preferably in Law or Business Administration)Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, legal or process-driven role, preferably in a highly regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals/medical device, financial/banking, aviation, etc.
Demonstrated experience in effectively following processes and adhering to controls within expected timelines.Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
Other language skills are advantageous but not essential.Competencies:Extremely diligent and detail-oriented.
Strong organization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests.
Ability to follow complex process steps accurately and effectively.
Responsive, customer service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels and cultures.Demonstrated ability to explain and enforce rules, processes, and regulations.High level of professional discretion and diplomacy; able to strictly maintain confidential information.Experience with database, end-user level management preferred (not back-end design but front-end data entry).
Experience with process development, including creating flow charts, writing procedures, etc.
Competency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.You.
