Manufacturing Technicians at Tooling Repair Bay (TRB) perform functions associated with unscheduled and schedule maintenance of equipment, process and training related to test collaterals and metrologies.
**Responsibilities may include but not be limited to**:
- Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct offline equipment adjustment, ensure process optimization and become an expert on collaterals.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining.
- Responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the TRB areas, to achieve collaterals health and stability.
- May be responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels.
- May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.
- High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.
Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and the skills to work under limited supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated team work and influencing skills.
- Train other technician and lead by example attitude.
**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:_**
- High School Diploma and Technical Degree or Diploma; or advanced Bachelor's studies in Electronics.
Electromechanical, Mechatronic or related field.
- English documentation comprehension: English level B1 CEFR.
- 2+ years of experience as technician in a Manufacturing Environment.
- 1+ year of experience in: Circuit Debugging and Repairing, reading, and running diagnostic tests, schematics interpretation experience.

- Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) knowledge.
- Problem Solving Methodologies.
- Windows Software Packages Proficiency.
