In charge of managing the calibration lab activities, and personnel supervising. This includes coordination with the calibration team and site engineers.
**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Manage and improve de Boston Scientific´s Metrology Confirmation System.
- Plan and program calibrations through the applicable tracking system (Calibration Software).
- Look for and maintain calibration service providers and that they meet requirements established in Standard 17025.
- Improve technical competitiveness of the laboratory regarding personnel, infrastructure, and operation, in compliance with national or international regulations.
- Review and approve calibration documentation and/or calibration forms or electronic requests.
- Develop new calibration procedures and provide all the metrological support to other areas of the company (such as production, quality, transfers, and validations) in the use, care, interpretation, and purchase of measuring instruments; contribute to the creation of the Quality Department´s budget according to the Metrology Laboratory needs; support other areas as needed.

**What we're looking for**:
- Experience in Metrology
- Audits management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or Related Field.
- English Level desired: 80%.
- Experience: At least 4 years
- Able to coordinate tasks with different functions to ensure execution of assigned deliverables.
- Desired knowledge: ISO 17025 standard, ISO 10012 standard, ISO 13845 standard, Problem-Solving tool, Regulatory industry management, Statistical knowledge, Innovation, Analytical thinking, coaching, customer satisfaction, leadership, and results oriented.
