Job Overview:
Avionyx is an aerospace software engineering company operating at America Free Trade Zone, Heredia. We are looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant (1 year contract) to support the department processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**What You Will Get to Do**
- Support recruiting processes.
- Assist in the induction process of new hires.
- Coordinate employee and recruiting activities.
- Assist in keeping employee records up to date.
- Support training coordination.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed.

Due to the type of tasks performed in this position, it is required that the person works from the office at least twice, and as necessary.

Required:
**What You Will Bring to the Table**
- Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (advanced students are welcome!)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and trustworthiness.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Great service orientation and task ownership.
- Proficiency working with Excel spreadsheets.
