Applies known procedures and approaches of traditional project management techniques. The scope of the Creative Systems Project Leader is focused on the Creative Systems & Asset Management (CSAM) Roadmap and Backlog.We offer:- Extraordinary employee experience- Flexible schedule- Work from home anywhere in Costa Rica (we provide all the required equipment)- L.L.Bean employee discount- Company doctorAbout you:- Education Level: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience- Years of Experience: 2+- English Level: Advanced (C1)- Fundamental functional, process and/or technical skills related to project area- Basic knowledge of project management and business skills; scoping, negotiating, contracting, scheduling, etc.- Ability to identify the critical factors of the change management process- Good communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of leadership within the organization- Familiarity with Project Management Tools- Strong organizational and analytical skillsAbout the role:- Works directly with project sponsors to determine scope and project deliverables and creates project charter- Coordinates and facilitates team meetings.- Coordinates the project tasks of team members to implement project deliverables. Clearly defines roles and responsibilities.- Reviews progress, focuses resources on tasks and ensures overall quality and timeliness of the completed tasks for the project.- Identifies highest-risk items; distinguishes between issues and risks. Adjusts approach and deliverables to mitigate risks.- Manages project deliverable priorities and ensures buy-in from business.- Ensures compliance with project management standards and artifacts.- Collaborates with architect and technical teams to ensure the integrity of deliverables and conformance to IS strategic technical directions.- Works with Project Managers and Business Analysts on projects directly related to CSAM's priorities (e.g. Digital Transformation, Digitally Driven Investments, Vision 2025)- Communicates progress on a regular cadence and with transparency- Contributes to project cost/benefit analysis, as required.
