JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.This role will report to the Director, Sourcing Technology.**Key responsibilities include**:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives.Communicate and share latest developments in sourcing technology and data with business stakeholdersDocument and resolve open issues or next steps as rolling action items requiring quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentFirst point of call for sourcing technology and data insights and guidance provided to Work Dynamics teamsSearch for efficiencies and improvements in end user process flowFacilitate spend report requests outside of end user scope of workGain strong understanding of the sourcing technology ecosystem and integrationsRecord and track key client attribute updates to maintain data qualityEvery day is different, and in all these activities, we'd encourage you to show your ingenuity.Experience3+ years of relevant professional experience (preferred a sourcing technology company)MS Excel (Intermediate to advanced level)Advanced or Fluent English communication levelBachelor's degree is preferredTrack record of developing and implementing sourcing technology in a complex global organizationProven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of colleagues, and work collaborativelyUnderstanding of or exposure to global real estate categories in facilities management and capital works projects (preferred but not essential)Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumenExperience with any e-sourcing technology platforms (Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is a plus.**Communication Skills**: An outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills.
