Provides preventative and corrective work in the maintenance of building and facilities systems, including clean room system, to ensure plant operations are not disrupted.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Review and ensure all preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of facilities systems include clean room system are performed (by technician or vendor) to the required specification per SOP. Ensure completed PM and calibration forms are documented accurately per GDP and filed.
Perform predictive maintenance inspection of critical facilities systems include clean room system to detect abnormalities for predictive maintenance action to prevent premature system failures
Oversee assigned project (by engineer or manager), ensuring contractor and vendor perform all tasks to specification (per predetermined work statement) and compliance to GxP and EHS requirement.
Obtain quotations and raise purchase requisitions for maintenance and renovation works.
Respond and perform immediate repair to recover all unplanned breakdown of facilities systems include clean room system. Escalate system issues and breakdowns to technologist and engineer for corrective and preventive actions.
Constantly review, stock check and order spare parts for facilities system include clean room system to ensure that all critical spare parts are available for maintenance.
Assist Supervisor on company asset list activities such records, disposal, annual asset stock check, etc.
Responsible for updating (changes per engineer or manager instruction) facilities system and building infrastructure drawings.

**Education and Experience**:
Technical degree with more than 8 years of experience required
Intermediate level of English desirable.
Has relevant knowledge and experiences in HVAC system, Electrical system, Clean room system, RO water system, Steam boiler system and Compressed air system.
Has knowledge in relevant facilities related government regulations, examples: trade effluent, emission, building and fire protection code.

**Additional Skills**:

- Good communication skills
- Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Internet Explorer
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications
- Ability to identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward and more complex situations
- Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to general and controlled spaces
- Strict attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
