The training team is in charge of managing the training of operators, technicians and engineers to ensure they have all the skills required to carry out the tasks of their role.
This includes training processes related to quality issues, safety, automation, productivity, integration of new products/tools, as well as reskilling and upskilling.
Some of the Responsibilities may include:
- Data analysis skills (Key Process Indicators review and identify improvements opportunities)
- Collaborate with the documentation of new procedures.
- Training programs planning and follow up.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of engineering or business studies (Bachelor or Licenciatura degree) in industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer, Business Administration.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage more than one aspect of a project.
- Mid-Advanced level of Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Willing to remain an active student for at least 1 year
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automated
- Knowledge of data analytics, statistical tools
- Knowledge of Project Management tools
- Power Bi user knowledge.
