Deliver in-person and virtual training programs with enthusiasm and energy, to engage learners and help build a culture of learning at ServiceNow. Contribute to certification exam materials, including scenarios, multiple-choice, and other item formats for testing ServiceNow platform knowledge.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you must have: Minimum 3 years hands on experience implementing end to end solutions in a client environment with a background in any of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRM, Security or CSM being essential.
Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS or JavaScript) Experience with Web Services, API's and Database-level integrations Excellent facilitation skills and proven experience delivering both soft skill and technical curriculum Experience delivering both virtually and in person technical workshops Advanced written and verbal communication skills Nice to have Experience using ServiceNow as a customer or partner / understand platform Service Now Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other similar technologies Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology JV20 Additional Information ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
