**Job Description**:
The Solutions Performance Analyst provides service to clients by responding to requests for information, products or services
**Responsibilities**:
- Ongoing Solution Performance Monitoring publishing of high touch clients
- New Client implementation Performance Monitoring of all new client implementations
- Pilot/Proof of Concept Solution Performance Monitoring
- System Level Performance Monitoring against agreed upon client service level agreements
- Technical management of ad hoc and automated Solution Batch Processes
- Distribution of Technical Documentation (API, etc.) to client contacts
- Completion of production configuration documentation and hand-off to delivery
- Support solution validations process related to file transfer as well as the completion of required documentation
- Designs report layouts and compiles data from multiple resources to create customized reports for clients and internal personnel on an as needed basis
- Client overall status reporting to management
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 1-2 years Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis Experience
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills (B2+, C1 level)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational skills
- Strong PC/internet skills
- Data SQL experience a plus
- Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint - Expert
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening
