**Responsibilities**:
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other resources to source and identify top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in technical recruiting.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a digital agency or technology consulting firm.
- Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS platforms and social media recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ¢269,177.50 - ¢2,691,775.00 per month
