- The Equifax Commerce Platform team is looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to help from planning to full delivery of our committed features and capabilities. This person must have experience with the entire development lifecycle and will be accountable for its success. The IT PM will work with our BU customers, the enterprise product management team, and our product owners to set agreeable priorities and commitments. They will work with Security on our required auditing documentation. And work with the development team to ensure we deliver our agreed commitments on time, including supporting deployments. The IT PM should be a strong team player that values continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, a willingness to pivot, failing fast and being polite but firm. _

**What you'll do**:

- Lead implementations and support initiatives - including but not limited to cost, schedule, scope, issue resolution, and high-quality deliverables
- Leverage Agile methodologies as deemed appropriate for a given situation or need
- Track metrics of team progress, productivity and use the metrics to help the team improve performance
- Ensure technical documentation is kept up to date (process diagrams/documentation, technical documents, etc.)
- Understand the technical nature of the issues to be able to help resolve the impediments
- Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives and requirements
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders
- Communicate measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks to team members, stakeholders, and management
- Contribute to and participate in global collaboration for continuous process improvement
- An open mind to learn and adapt to improving the team every day

**What experience you need**:

- +2 years experience in **technology implementations and infrastructure initiatives **in a high-performing team
- +2 years experience collaborating within a cross-functional team of stakeholders and playing a role in building and maintaining customer relationships in support of Product delivery.
- 2+ years experience with extensive project planning/delivery, release management, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
- +2 years experience working with technology teams in an Agile environment on platform/ecommerce related initiatives in a high growth, complex environment
- +2 years experience with Aha!, JIRA, G Suite and Microsoft products.
- English proficiency B2 or above

**What could set you apart**:

- **Release Train Engineer **experience is preferred
- Public Cloud experience - GCP or AWS is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly Collaborative with the ability to effectively facilitate & negotiate for needed results
- Proven ability as a leader working with diverse roles, personalities, and demanding stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups
- Ability to make decisions related to project/initiative objectives, requirements, and process
- A Lean strategic thinker who values partnerships based on trust, sustainable throughput of value, innovation and relentless improvement
- Focus on metrics relevant to business growth and providing value to our customers;
- Ability to perform structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
