We are looking for a highly-driven, partner-obsessed and out-of-the-box thinking Technical Program Manager to drive worldwide execution and strategy for a program with tremendous growth potential, has influenced millions and launching new programs for their enterprise customers and Cloud Service Providers.

**Responsibilities**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Authoring functional technical specification documents for every feature to be implemented including defining requirements, user scenarios, flows and building functional models.
- Defining project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.
- Formalizing program roadmap quarterly, ensuring short-term and long-term business goals matches specific technology solutions as well as proposing technical solution to solve business problems.
- Managing scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports
- Managing and appropriately escalating delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives.
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
- Creating BI reports by utilizing databases across multiple systems, understanding of project KPIs and data visualization best practices on Power BI platform.
- Interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Qualifications:
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5+ years project management experience in the IT field, including managing development cycles and interactions with technical target audience.
- Minimum five years' experience working in agile and high-level collaborative environment, multi-tasking and productive time management as well as promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Minimum one year experience in cloud technologies and cloud consumer solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Preferred experience in Education sector.
- Full understanding of software development lifecycle components and best practices.
- Proven experience in being a value-added partner to engineering teams - partnering on product vision and roadmap.
- Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt, quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints.
- Proven ability to analyze and diagnose complex product and business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate the broader organization to action.
- Outstanding communications skills with a comfort level in executive level presentations Industry experience
- Experience is BI reporting, preferably in Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to different customer segments, delivering clear outcomes and a call to action.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
- Experience in defining go to market strategy for technical and business audiences.
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, MBA or equivalent experience.
