**Job Description** Team & Role**

This role will be primarily responsible for handling all logístical support of the Engineering Bootcamp for Unified Technology Group at ServiceNow. This includes but is not limited to complicated calendar management and attendance tracking, (utilizing MS Outlook as well as internal tooling), drafting and sending of all program comms, and monitoring and reporting on all program success metrics.

This role requires a self-starter type, replete with exemplary interpersonal skills and a heart for serving engineers all around the world.

This role will report to the Director of Engineering Engagement and Culture and will work in close collaboration with the various leaders serving the many business units that make up the Unified Technology Group at ServiceNow.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Schedule no less than 40 bootcamps throughout the calendar year, across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate all on site logistics including room booking, meal ordering, and more
- Ensuring 100% attendance for each and every bootcamp
- Maintaining an active roster of instructors so that all camps are adequately staffed
- Partner with senior instructors to ensure curriculum is updated at least once per year
- Bear responsibility for all program success metrics, including reporting out all survey metrics for each camp with all requisite leaders
- Coordinate quarterly instructor summits and luncheons to foster a culture of ownership and belonging amongst instructors
- Submit and costs and budget reconciliations for the program in a timely and transparent manner
- Maintain internal SharePoint site including helpful information and FAQs associated with the program
- Take on any additional work that you may be tasked with as part of the larger Employee Engagement and Culture team

**Qualifications** Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of professional project management experience.
- A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset.
- Working knowledge of design thinking best practices and basic product design processes.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptable problem solver with experience in soliciting ideas, recommending options and executing solutions
- Comfortable interfacing with various types of people and roles, either in presentation setting, informal stakeholder interviews, or large meetings; strong communications skills
- Previous business operations or design operations experience within an enterprise software company, start-up or agency.
- Actively seeks and welcomes diverse collaborators, perspectives, and experiences

**Basic Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
- Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.
