In this role you will have the exciting opportunity of making an impact in the way our customers make marketing decisions and product development by partnering with them to capture requirements and ensure project success.
You will be working with projects ensuring accuracy and timely completion from beginning to end.
**What you'll do**:
- Serve as the operational advocate within Division/BU for our partners, to promote and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Partner with Equifax customers to capture requirements and design projects for financial analysis, marketing and product development.
- Responsible for creating requirements, developing custom criteria and attributes based on customer requirements.
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor's degree or student in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Math.
- 4+ years in customer facing roles managing projects for financial institutions.
- 4+ years working in data driven environments including marketing, modeling and product development.
- Languages: English B2+/C1
**What could set you apart**:
- Experience working with data dictionaries, layouts and data formats.
- Experience working with large amounts of data.
- Experience working with multiple file types (.txt,.dat,.csv, etc.
), file formats (fixed block and variable block), and file encoding (ASCII, EBCDIC, UNICODE).
- Knowledge or experience on Linux, Perl, SQL, XML, and SAS.
