We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager - Salesforce to lead a team within the entertainment division. This role is pivotal in managing both an internal team of Salesforce architects and developers, as well as external resources, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customer obsession. As a Technical Product Manager - Salesforce for the Prime Video, you will collaborate with leadership to develop a strategy and vision for scaling our systems to create comprehensive tools to improve production efficiencies and improve the experiences for Prime Video customers.

- Required Salesforce certification
- 5+ years as a Salesforce architect and/or developer
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce CRM
- Extensive experience authoring documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, functional specifications, technical product requirement documentation, software development planning, and capturing business requirements
- Experience communicating with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs
- Ability to earn trust across different levels and multiple groups of a large, matrixed organization
- Passion for employee development and mentoring other team members
- Proven track record of shipping quality code quickly and then iterating on the user functionality and experience
- Effective analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
