**Overview of Role**
**Dynamics of the Role**
The Technical Product Manager - Decisions is focused on product management and delivery of our decisioning capabilities in OneTru and DecisionCentre globally. The role is required to consolidate customer requirements, translate the requirements into product work items, build a high level design for the requirements, work with the engineering team for the technical design and manage the product backlog for multiple product offerings that TransUnion provides across our markets.

We operate in 33 countries where we serve to connect businesses and consumers and to enable more informed marketing and risk decisions. The product development team within TransUnion's International business is charged with driving greater awareness and adoption of our existing products while also bringing new product ideas to bear. We work in partnership with the strategy and planning team to understand and assess market opportunities, with IT to build new products, with marketing to drive awareness of our products and with sales to drive adoption and revenue.
**How You'll Contribute**
- Contribute your experience as a product manager managing a decisioning platform, SaaS of equivalent.
- Functioning as a core team member within our Agile teams as a product manager ensuring the initiatives are well defined for the engineering team to work on
- Create and execute on the product vision, balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide leadership, manage execution and delivery of projects and programs
- Subject matter expert for the global platform and capabilities, responsible for designing solutions and strategies that can be consumed by other components.
- Collaborating with other product managers, product owners, engineering, operations, data science teams, and development team members on requirements and implementation approaches for addressing demand and challenges
- Creating requirement specifications, high level design and mockups, and produce high-resolution functional prototypes
- Assisting in research and prototyping activities such as customer round tables, evaluations, and user experience testing
- Supporting the Technology teams in different international markets in localizing the global platforms and launching the solutions successfully;
- Provide technical support in customer engagements, solution presentations, and technical translations of customer requirements
**What You'll Bring**
As a part of product team, the product owner will engage with customers and users from various international markets, in order to collect the product requirements and opportunities than can be best enabled by the current solution offerings Transunion provides in that market. Based on the requirements provided by the customers and the outcome of the market research analysis, the product owner will then work closely with other product owners and product managers, UI/UX teams, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations and Data science teams to create a prioritized feature backlog comprising of high level technical design, business specifications, UI/UX mockups and relevant documentation.
The product owner should be a certified SAFe Agile Product Owner and DevOps practitioner and will be working as a part of multiple Agile teams. He/she will be involved in daily discussion around the features progress, understand impediments of the engineering team and provide clarifications so that the product delivery commitments are met as per the market expectations.
- Experience as a product manager managingg a decision management platform such as Provenir, Blaze, GDS link or similar.
- Experience in B2B software, including experience creating, implementing, and managing software platforms and/or SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of converting an innovative product strategy into revenue with solid go-to-market planning and execution
- Experience evaluating third-party solutions and data sources and building the business case for potential integrations
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Solid communication skills across all levels of the organization and with international teams
- Experience launching and/or selling products in international markets is highly desirable; a genuine interest and excitement in working with different cultures is a must
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and intense environment - sees change as something that creates new opportunities
