**About the role**:
As a **_Technical Lead React, Node.js_** you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Define and communicate the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for our React and Node.js-based projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Leading development projects from conception to delivery, including task delegation, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, while actively contributing to the codebase.
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement, and helping team members grow their skills in React, Node.js, and related technologies.
