**About the role**:
As a **_Technical Lead.Net_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products. Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and architect technical solutions using the.NET framework.
- Provide strong technical leadership to the development team, including task assignment, goal setting, and mentoring junior developers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
**Our Requirement**:
- Expert in modern cross-platform.NET (6 and above).
- Experience of Event Sourcing / CQRS patterns.
- Hands-on experience of Azure is desirable.
- Understanding of Asynchronous systems / Eventual Consistency / Message Buses.
- SOA / Micro-service approaches and cost vs count.
- Familiarity with information management practices.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Beneficial knowledge of Infrastructure As Code (preferably Terraform).
- Strong test automation experience covering unit tests, integration tests, non-functional, contract testing etc.
- Use of various Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tools preferably GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps.
- Microservice architectural approaches
