**Job Summary**
As a**_ Technical Lead Fullstack (Java & React) (8433)_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee the integration of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
- Make architectural decisions, evaluate new technologies, and define technical standards and best practices for the team.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer working in a front end or full-stack capacity
- A deep understanding of current web software design patterns and principles
- Expert level proficiency with React/Redux, JavaScript, ES6, HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Vue.js, Flutter, tc.
- Experience with Git and source code control management and branching strategies
- A solid understanding of key web development principles such as DOM hierarchy and manipulation, semantic markup, performance optimization strategies, responsive vs. adaptive layouts, etc.
- Proficient in Azure Cloud Hosting (specifically, CDN, n/w, AKS)
- Cypress (for unit testing)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- GraphQL
