Clario has a Technical Implementation Manager opportunity! In this role, you will directly oversee the delivery of the highest quality eCOA solutions to our pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry clients. The Technical Implementation Manager will collaborate with multiple project teams and Clario solutions leadership. The Technical Implementation Manager will ensure that all operational best practices are followed, identify delivery efficiencies and align with Project Management for in field study support.
Clario's Technical Implementation Manager must:
- Independently manage high-profile and complex studies with diverse scope (sites, products, transactions, etc.).
- Handle complete planning of study steps/milestones for multiple projects (2+) as assigned. In particular, competing steps/milestones must be compensated.
- Run project initiation processes, sets up the initial project plan, consolidates team input to create master plan and schedules/ initiates progress reporting processes.
- Plan setup and validation slots for upcoming projects (slot with timeline)
- Monitor current running projects regarding status, timelines and risks
- Recognize and escalates project risks
- Monitor project tasks about efficiency and quality. Follow up on defects in defect tracking system and updates priority and assignment as needed
- Create and maintain a project plan for each study. Tasks and milestones are planned according to the study timelines, as communicated by the PM and the product mix and software requirements as specified by the requirement specification documents.
- Run progress reporting, creates overall progress and risks reports
- Report current status of assigned steps/milestones to next reporting level (current status = done/to do/barriers/potential risks)
- Report current status of assigned tasks / projects to external parties (PM, SIM, TOP internally, upper Management)
- Attend status meetings and reports current status for projects/topics of interest
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Manage fair workload and volunteers for additional work, prioritizes tasks, manages time well
- Meet commitments, accept accountability, set personal standards, and stay focused under pressure
- Provide accurate and timely input in the reporting system.
What we seek:
- BS, BA or equivalent (Degree in IT/science/health care-related field a plus)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of total relevant experience
- Intermediate experience in Technical Project Management matters
- Intermediate experience in Project Life Cycle and Software Development Process
- Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes, GCP/GMP are a plus
- Self -directed - comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to self-develop
